I am not a crook...repeats John Key...as ANZ bank sacks its CEO. Wheelers Corner 31 21st June 2019

John Key always had a problem with transparency...matching his behavour with his secret intentions was always difficult.

Hence his nickname "The Smiling Assassin" was an perfect match between personality and reality. He always was a perfect example of a cross between an innocent babe in arms and a financial crook...he could, it would seem, be both at the same time.

This latest [2019] example of the ANZ banking stuff up with the dumping of its CEO, with I might add a two million dollar hand-out simply proves the point...yet again of the two faced behaviour of Key in his dealings with those he once considered his deep and trusted friends. People like: "Richard Worth, Phil Heatley, Kate Wilkinson, Chris Tremain and even Judith Collins were exited or demoted in fairly unceremonious fashion after various controversies or perceived poor performance threatened to distract or hurt National's grip on power" so said Bernard Hickey in the following piece  [Bernard Hickey worked for 18 years for Reuters, the FT Group and Fairfax as a financial journalist and editor and is now the managing editor of Newsroom Pro.
Have a read and learn more about the damaging effect that Key had on his past so-called friends, the damaging effect was massive for those involved.

I've no doubt that key will sweet talk his way out of accepting any blame for the CEO sacking...just as he did over the pulling of young women's pony tails, which was written off by the Main Stream Media...as a joke...when in fact it was a clear and on-going representation of John Keys possible hidden sexual desires ...even the NZ Herald couldn't bull-s*** its way out of the cover-up it tried to inspire by the mis-behaviour of one of its reporters.

Former BNZ chairman Kerry McDonald said the problem is that the expenses matter wasn't identified by the Zealand board, but in Australia. "So what was the New Zealand board doing to manage and monitor expenses?" Check out the following; and see if you agree with Kerry McDonald.

Mr McDonald has previously called for Sir John and other ANZ leaders to resign after the bank was censured for failing to properly calculate its risk.
"If the ANZ board is not capable of having systems and processes in place that identify problems of this nature - chief executive spending or the way risk is managed - then you've got to have serious doubts about their ability to run a bank."

2. Ombudsman announces 'wide ranging' investigation into Oranga Tamariki
For years and years Australians and New Zealanders had the nasty habit of stealing babies off the native populations and handing them over to settlers:

They almost all ended up as domestic servants or labour units.

Of course the behaviour was normally dressed up as helping the natives adapt to the European version of slave-labour without calling them slaves [since slavery had been made illegal] but in real terms had rarely been enforced.

Old habits and behaviours remain years after they had been declared illegal...the US was and still is a clear example of how 'blacks' are treated in society, by local, state and national police. But this is NZ and we are more human than the average American.

Or are we? Are we simply better at hiding our disgusting behaviour these days. Think about it: NZ is against political dictatorship, but we support murderous dictators like, The Israeli government, and various other thugs who run various countries.

We never speak-out [these days] against the stupidities uttered daily by Donald Trump and his cronies who are at this moment attempting to declare was on Iran using the same old lies they used in attacking Iraq...remember they attacked Vietnam because of a so-called attack on a US ship...which we found out later never took place. Could anyone in their right mind consider Trump to be sane and well reasoning? any way have a read of the Ombudsman's comments on the Oranga Tamariki latest efforts in justifying their strange behaviour...

This is American heroism these days...

3. Shock news flash!

United Nations officials are "assessing the United States' plans to carry out a tactical assault on Iran," the Jerusalem Post reported Monday, citing anonymous diplomatic sources at the U.N. headquarters in New York.
"According to the officials, since Friday, the White House has been holding incessant discussions involving senior military commanders, Pentagon representatives, and advisers to President Donald Trump," the Post reported. "The military action under consideration would be an aerial bombardment of an Iranian facility linked to its nuclear program."

And the most likely outcome is more of the same:

Its not simply the nutty American Generals who just love "Killing Arabs" in an effort to make America great again"...

but the thousands of American men and women who pay the price for US stupidity with its never ending wars...Name a war America has ended in the last forty years...not won, but ended...they are still at war with North Korea, with Cuba,

And when their thousands of damaged troops return home they are poorly treated, medically ignored and are forced to live on the streets...its especially hard if they are Black or brown.

More US troops commit suicide than in any other army...

And remember that Donald Trump avoided doing his bit for his country... by pretending a medical problem [a bone that came and went]...and thereby staying safe while others died to maintain his daddies wealth...Oh so brave was / is our Donald Trump POTUS.

Muhammad Ali was extremely brave when he publicly stood firm against being drafted to go to Vetnam to fight for the Donald Trump's who used their money to remove themselves from harms way...and we must never forget the US lost that war...after killing millions

The famous boxer had more guts than had Donald Trump and it was proven, simply by his courage to stand up for what he believed. He was willing to take the consequiences of his behaviour. Trump never had the courage to do that...

Trump never did that, he hid from his required and legal duty, using his Dads own Doctor to ensure that he avoided his duty. It could be said that:

Muhammad Ali was ten times the man Donald Trump was  Still in the eyes of some he is a billionaire so that makes him OK,  money can buy anything these days it would seem. Even a rewrite of history... Trump has gone from hating the military to loving the military.

4. Last Item:

Margaret [centre] made a presentation to the Manawatu District Council on the issue of climate change. She was supported by Beth [left] and Philip [Right].

I was a little late getting there because of really bad sun strike on the trip from PN to feilding.

Margaret spoke with great care and was very precise in what she had to say.  The Mayor of MDC Helen Worboys thanked Margaret for her presentation.

I must admit that since the Council meeting had no sound system it was really hard to hear what was said by both the Mayor and Councillors taking part. Margaret Mathieson, Philip and Beth are all active members of Extinction Rebellion Manawatu. If you would like to join, go to Extinction Manawatu face book page and see what you can do to assist in promoting activity around the subject of Climate Change...
